Kendal’s Kitchen is 100% gluten-free, dairy-free and uses local, organic ingredients from the Seattle area.
The owner, Kendal Swinski, has a BS in Nutrition from Bastyr and more than 20 years of experience. The menu offer entrees, salads, soups, side dishes, snacks and desserts.
Getting started is easy:
- Place your order online by Friday at 6pm
- Meals are delivered the following Tuesday
- Follow the instructions provided and enjoy

- Halibut with Garlic Butter Greens
- Chicken Enchilada Stuffed Peppers
- Cauliflower and Green Onion Vegetable Fritters with Mango Chutney and Lemon Tahini
Pricing varies by how many meals you are ordering.
You can order a single item (starting around $6 for sides and $11 for entrees) but when life gets busy and cooking isn’t idea and you want fill-in meals for the week, plan for about $85/week for an individual and $125/couple.
If you plan on ordering most or all of your meals, expect to pay around $200 per week for two people.
Delivery is free for orders over $150.00, $6 for orders $75.01–$150.00, $9 for orders $75.00 and less.
Kendal’s Kitchen delivers to most of Seattle and the east side, including parts of Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Kenmore and Medina.
Food is delivered in insulated grocery bags with ice packs and reusable glass containers, but if food will be sitting out for a while, Kendal’s Kitchen recommends putting out a cooler that you will need to supply, or you can purchase one from their site.
